ASSU Legal Counseling Office (LCO)
The ASSU Legal Counseling Office (LCO) provides legal advice to Stanford students, their spouses, and domestic partners. The LCO is the first step for any student who thinks that they might have a legal issue and is strictly confidential.
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and Wellness
CAPS is Stanford's counseling center dedicated to student mental health and well-being. CAPS staff can address concerns in a confidential setting. CAPS offers a broad range of services including traditional individual therapy, as well as medication assessment and management and group therapy provided by a diverse and multiculturally-competent professional staff.
The Graduate Life Office (GLO) is a division of the Office of the Vice Provost for Student Affairs. GLO serves the entire graduate student population at Stanford and their families. GLO Deans are a source of comprehensive, impartial guidance and information related to all aspects of life as a graduate student.
SARA Office, Sexual Harassment Policy Office, and Title IX
Stanford is committed to creating an environment that is healthy, safe, and free from violence. Partners who experience incidents relating to student-involved relationship (dating) violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, or stalking are encouraged to make a report to the University and to local law enforcement.
