OUr Team
In SRVUSD, our SRVTIP team consists of Program Coordinators Nicole Padoan and Ngoc Nguyen, and our Executive Secretary, Gaby McVay
In addition, we have more than 100 skilled mentors in grades K-12 supporting their newest colleagues as they build successful teaching practices. We divide the schools in the district and assign specific sites to members of the leadership team to ensure that all mentors and participants have regular, individualized support in completing the TIP process.
