WELCOME BACK to school everyone. We are going to have an action packed term 4 with so many events to look forward to. The big question is are you ready, and organised to make this the best term of 2025?
Term 4 is NO HAT NO PLAY term - hats must be worn at all times when you are outside at breaks or for class PE. Please make sure your hat is clearly named .
As class please have a discussion about how everyone needs to take responsibility for looking after their hat so it doesn't get lost - and what this might look like.
Have week 1 to sort getting a correct school hat .
Week 2 NO Hat will need to sit in the designated shade spot. Please do not take othere peoples hats .

We are kind
Welcome back tamariki mā!
Did you know that together you have earned over 6000 rākau this year?
You guys rock!
Let's build on this and bring on the next whole school reward.
We can start by being kind to others, and spotting acts of kindness.
You challenge today is to name and notice acts of kindness that you see.
Your classmate held the door open for you? Notice it. Say thanks and tell your kaiako what an awesome act of kindness that was.
Someone invites you to play with them at lunch? What a cool person! Say thanks, and let your kaiako know how kind that person was.
Let's fill up that pātaka with lots of manaakitanga rākau today!
