Parent communication is such an important aspect of the educational process. Please feel free to email any time you have a concern. I will return emails or phone calls before school or right after school. We can also set up a time to video conference using Google Meet or Schoology.
I will send group emails for general reminders about assignments and classroom expectations. Please read them. :)
I will also use CLASS DOJO for short reminders about due dates ETC. The procedures using CLASS DOJO are below.

I will reach out to parents directly by phone if there is a concern about a students academic growth, their behavior during class time or for recognizing great achievements!! Email will be used to follow up or if the parent prefers to be reached by email.
After each assessment, students will complete Individual Performance Analysis Data Sheets. I will encourage goal setting and will hold students accountable for tracking their academic growth throughout the school year.
The best way to monitor your students progress is to check their grades with your student weekly. Though we assign and grade work through Schoology, HAC /Aeries is the official gradebook.
