My Expectations of Student Behavior and Responsibilities
-I expect you to respect yourself, your class, your time and your art work. Work to your Highest Potential!
-I expect you to respect your fellow classmates. You will be sharing and teaming with other students on many of the assignments so recognize and appreciate every experience.
-I expect you to demonstrate through your actions and words a positive and team-like effort and attitude.
-I expect you to adhere to the Sparta Code of Conduct, as well as the classroom rules, including all applying within the school, IE..passes, tardiness, class preparation, hats, food and drinks, and electronic devices.
-I expect you to respect your classroom and materials. You are to clean up and demonstrate proper care of materials.
-I expect you to relax, enjoy yourself and find fun in art making.
Student Expectations of Me:
-You can expect me to try my very best at all times to provide you with valuable and interesting lessons covering the course curriculum with in traditional and contemporary ideas and applications. I will present lessons in a variety of mediums through lecture, visual aides, practical demonstrations, written instructions and practicums to best reach all student learning abilities.
-I will always remain open to suggestions and comments.
-You can expect me to be available to you and make myself available for extra help. Please do not be afraid to ask for an alternate time if my scheduled times do not work for you.
-I will relax, enjoy myself and have fun teaching you how to develop and create great art work!
