Abhigna Chennareddy is a sophomore at SLU majoring in Neuroscience with a minor in Health Information Management. She is from Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, which is about an hour south of Philadelphia. In her free time, she enjoys watching shows and movies, traveling, and exploring different cuisines. She is a huge NFL fan and has been following the sport since 2nd grade. At SLU, she is actively involved in Campus Kitchen and works as a tutor at the Tutoring Center. She is really excited to be part of the Collective Identity Lab!
Neve is a senior at Saint Louis University majoring in Psychology with a double minor in Political Science and Asian Studies. Her previous research experience has been in Psychology Research Methods and Statistics and the Critical Thinking in Psychology Capstone. She is a passionate advocate for health equity, and her primary research interest includes assessing systemic barriers to accessing health services in marginalized communities. She hopes to be able to create sustainable, community-based prevention programs that address health inequities such as access to mental health services. After graduating, Neve plans to pursue a Master’s in Public Health with a concentration on Community Health Services and Health Promotion. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and going to sports games.
Gabriela Feller is a sophomore at Saint Louis University majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in Psychology. Her primary research interest is exploring caffeine's effects on high-level chess players' performance. As an athlete of the SLU Chess Team, Gabriela is passionate about studying the relationship between chess, nutrition, and psychology to enhance player performance and well-being. Gabriela also serves as a cooking shift leader at Campus Kitchen and she is an N&D Ambassador at Saint Louis University.
Brynn is a junior studying Psychology and Political Science on the pre-law track at Saint Louis University (SLU). Her research interests include cross-cultural research and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace, with plans to integrate these into her future career in Industrial Organizational Psychology. In addition to the URGA Lab, Brynn works in Dr. Chen's Machine Learning in Industrial Organizational Psychology Lab. She currently serves as the Student Government Association's Vice President of DEI and President of the Great Issues Committee. Additionally, Brynn writes for the social justice magazine, One World, and advocates for LGBTQIA+ justice in Missouri. She leads the Diversity Leadership Committee and sits on the Assembly for Sexual Assault Prevention and the Board of Trustees' DEI Committee.
Ella Friedman is a senior at Saint Louis University majoring in Psychology and Women & Gender Studies with a minor in Sociology. Her research background includes Psychology Research Methods and Statistics and Capstone courses at the undergraduate level. Her primary research interests are inclusion, diversity, and social well-being. After graduating from Saint Louis University, she plans to pursue a master’s degree in social work with the main goal of becoming a counselor. Ella loves to crochet, read, travel, and rescue and foster dogs.
Aariz Malik is a junior at Saint Louis University studying neuroscience and minoring in biology and psychology. His primary interests in research are neurophysiology and behavioral psychology. His career goal is to earn his medical degree after graduating from Saint Louis University.
Atom Dowdy is a junior at Saint Louis University majoring in psychology and minoring in biology and service. His career goals are working in neuropsychology with a focus on providing therapeutic care and administering psychological testing to individuals suffering from neurological disorders. After graduating from Saint Louis University, Atom plans to attain his PhD in clinical psychology or neuropsychology.
Sumayya is a junior at Saint Louis University majoring in Psychology with a minor in Political Science. Her research background includes working as a transcriber for a lab studying coping mechanisms in adults with childhood trauma, as well as Psychology Research Methods and Statistics courses at the undergraduate level. Her primary research interests are intersectionality, childhood trauma, and coping mechanisms. She is involved with the Commuter Student Association and Student Government Association at SLU, as she is passionate about making SLU's campus a more accessible and comfortable space for commuter students. She likes crocheting, baking, and cats.
Ugo is a junior at Saint Louis University majoring in Neuroscience with a minor in Psychology. She has an extensive background in psychology research working in a developmental psychology lab, where she focuses on hormonal fluctuations, their effects on emotions, and how they manifest in social relationships in female adolescents. Her primary research interests are interpersonal relationships, decision-making, and emotion regulation in the workplace. She hopes to pursue a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and Social Neuroscience with her main goal of being a professor and researcher in academia. She is involved in academic support as a student tutor, and she loves reading, music, and thrifting.

Her research background includes Psychology Research Methods and Statistics and Capstone courses at the undergraduate level. Her primary research interests are leadership development in teams and job satisfaction. She is involved in the Wilderness Adventure Club as the rock-climbing director and enjoys being outdoors and teaching people about safety and techniques in climbing.
Skylar Kellogg is a senior at Saint Louis University majoring in Psychology, with a minor in Women's and Gender Studies. Her research background includes participation in two industrial-organizational psychology labs, and she will be carrying out an independent research project in Fall 2024. Her primary research interests are sexual harassment prevention and creating consent-based and inclusive cultures, with a particular focus on universities and workplaces. She is involved with Student Government Association as Co-Chair of the Assembly for Sexual Assault Prevention and has a passion for preventing sexual assault and promoting wellness and inclusion on campus. Skylar likes to bake, spend time with her cats, play TTRPGs, and go for campus walks.
