Georgia Smith is a first-year student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program at Saint Louis University. She graduated from Saint Louis University in December of 2022 with a B.A in Psychology and a minor in Healthcare ethics. As an undergraduate, Georgia worked as a research assistant in the W.E.L.L Lab and Luking Lab. Her primary research interests are Occupational Health Psychology, Team dynamics in healthcare, work-life balance in healthcare workers, and maternal/paternal support in the workplace. Outside of work and school, she enjoys reading, trying new restaurants with her friends, cooking, and crocheting gifts for her family.
