Kristen is a second-year doctoral student at SLU. She graduated in 2024 from SLU with a B.S. in Psychology and two minors in Spanish and Women and Gender Studies. As an undergraduate, Kristen worked in the CUBB Lab replicating past research for the Open Science Framework Collaborative Replications Education Project (OSF CREP) and the Work-Life Lab (WELL) studying mothers’ return to work. Her research interests include employee well-being and work-life balance, and she is currently working on her thesis assessing attitudes towards paternity leave. In her free time, she enjoys reading, learning to crochet, and spending time with her two cats: Merlin and Sir Lancelot.
