Children in charge of their learning
‘ChILL in the Morning’ is a programme which promotes children to actively engage in their learning from the moment they walk through the gates.
Children will sign themselves in when they arrive at school. Complete their “morning jobs” and then settle on a task for the morning.
There are challenges or a series of tasks provided for all children
The children can choose to work independently, in a group, or with an adult to try a challenge or complete a task.
Activities are based around our key competencies and SJB graduate profile.
