FLAG fun

                                   KINDNESS MATTERS!!  

Mrs. Nicole Taylor’s 5th Grade F.L.A.G. class collaborated with Mrs. Tracey Crawford, Mendenhall Elementary School Librarian, to create hidden encouragement. The students began by creating bookmarks. The bookmarks included uplifting words or statements and were hidden in books throughout the library for other students to locate. Students were able to keep the bookmarks or hide them again for others to find. The F.L.A.G. students enjoyed the bookmark activity, and many of them expressed that it was fun. It was evident that they were happy to be able to encourage and surprise other students using their creativity.
