Regents Biology is a regents level science course which is a graduation requirement in New York State. It is based on the New York State P-12 Learning Standards (HS-LS). A regents exam given in June is the final evaluation for the course.
The course meets 3 -4 times per week (more than a typical class).
The Biology Regents Exam given in June is typically calculated as 10% of the final course grade.

Some form of homework (Google assignment, worksheet, completion of lab, or studying) is given most weekdays. A weekly homework schedule is posted in Google Classroom outlining the week's assignments.

Interim Reports and Progress Reports:
Each of my students is provided with an interim report each quarter on the portal. I ask parents and students to check the portal regularly to monitor missing work and areas of strength/weakness.
