Troubleshooting

If you are struggling to access a Google+ Community, it could be that you are already logged into another Gmail account on your computer. You need to ensure that you are not logged into any other email account on your PC.

The easiest way to check if you have completely logged out of your personal Gmail account is to open the Google home page in your internet browser. Click on the profile picture, in the top right hand corner and you will see which Gmail account you are logged into. Choose 'Sign out' button to log out of this account. Then try accessing your student email again via the "Google Mail" link in MUSE.

Google+ on the go...

Why not download the Google+ App to your mobile device? This way you can keep up to date with your Google+ discussions and activity on the go.
