These documents may be inaccessible to you if have not been inducted by the technician and added to the shared list.
A list of all current Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (CosHH) forms can be found here. Currently we use one CoSHH form for each substance that we use.
If you cannot find a CosHH form for the substance you wish to use you must complete a new CoSHH form. To create a new form you must download and edit the form attached at the bottom of the page. The completed form must be sent to the technician for proof reading. It then needs to be printed and signed. The form will then be added to the current CoSHH form list. A copy of the form needs to be available in the laboratory where the substance is kept and used.
