The workshop was run by Dr Caron Fraser Wood (The Mindset Method) and focused on ‘Bridging the Gap’ between research and business, with a view to enabling early stage researchers (ESRs) to have powerful and influential conversations with current and future industrial partners and employers, ’selling’ both themselves and their research into a business context.
