Social Studies

Fourth grade historians will learn a Social Studies curriculum that focuses on the study of our home state, Pennsylvania. This year, students will learn about and explore the following:

• The U.S. Constitution
• Geography of Pennsylvania
• Early Settlers in Pennsylvania
• William Penn and his Colony

Weekly, students will also have the opportunity to brush up on their current events by reading and discussing a “Time for Kids” magazine.
