Beginning Orchestra

Welcome to Beginning Orchestra!  Beginning Orchestra is for 4th grade students who are playing a a string instrument for the first time.  Ms. Smith is the director of the Beginning Orchestra.  

• Beginning Orchestra Lessons meet for a 30 minute lesson once a week at each elementary school during the school year.  

• The Beginning Orchestra also meets once a week after school at GWMS on either a Tuesday or Wednesday from 4-5pm.  

Students who attend Park View, Pleasant Lane and Madison Elementary School rehearse on Tuesdays.

Students who attend Butterfield, Manor Hill and Hammerschmidt Elementary rehearse on Wednesdays.
