Officer Election Information
Running for office for Beta Club can be very exciting! You will have the opportunity to run meetings next year and help plan Beta events. Completing election items by the DEADLINE is critical!! If you fail to meet a deadline, your name will be removed from the ballot. Please see Mrs. Claire if you have any questions.
Officer Election Deadlines:
Wednesday, April 24 - signed Officer Consent Form must be given to Mrs. Claire.
Friday, April 26 - 30 second to 2 minute video clip must be emailed to Mrs. Claire (ccarluen@scsbluejays.org). The video should explain why you want to be a Beta Officer and explain why people should vote for you.
ELECTION DATES:
FOURTH GRADE - Monday, April 29 at lunch recess in the STREAM lab
FIFTH GRADE - Tuesday, April 30 at lunch recess in the STREAM lab
SXITH and SEVENTH GRADES - Tuesday, April 30 at lunch recess in the STREAM lab
Election Results will be emailed to the entire club after school on Tuesday, April 30.
All old and new officers should attend a meeting with Mrs. Claire on Wednesday, May 1 to go over the Closing Ceremony.
Fourth and Fifth graders will meet with Mrs. Claire at lunch recess in the STREAM lab.
Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth graders will meet with Mrs. Claire at lunch in the courtyard.
