We are a 501(c)(3) Non Profit Organization and All donations are tax deductible.  Upon request, we will give you a receipt you can use on your tax returns.

If you have items to donate, you can drop your items off Monday thru Friday between 10:30 am and 3:30 pm at the Santiam Senior Center, 41818 Kingston-Jordan Rd  in Stayton. We have a large storage container and are ready to accept items for the sale. If possible, bring your items directly to the school the Tuesday or Wednesday before the sale.

We will pick up larger items whenever possible. Please keep in mind, we are all Senior Citizens and we have some limitations. Please call us at (503) 767-2009. 

Sorry, we cannot accept mattresses, waterbeds, auto parts or electronic items such as TV's, VCR's, computers, monitors, printers, fax machines, etc.

We cannot accept any videos, dvds, or cds that are illegal copies of copywritten material (including TV programs).

Please, all clothes, shoes, hats and other wearing apparel must be clean and in good condition.

We reserve the right to refuse any item the committee determines we cannot accept for our sale.  THANK YOU !

2025 Schedule for helpers 

We will need a lot of help everyday the Rummage Sale is being held. If you would like to volunteer, the dates are posted here: 

 Set up:   No sales these days. Dates not set yet -  check back

Tuesday,  June 24   10 am :  Pick up and set up tables; Load and drop off sale items at the school; organize & price items.

Wednesday, June 25      10 am : Continue to load and drop off sale items(if needed) at the school; continue to organize & price items.

Sale days:   TIME: 9-4     June 26, 27 & 28 - Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Volunteers please come at 8:00 to set up)

Clean up:  At the close of day, Saturday and finish on Sunday, from 10 until finished.
