The SAT test will be given to all juniors and seniors this year as determined by the state of Illinois last spring. The SAT is accepted by all colleges, and can be taken multiple times if desired. Juniors will have the option to take a practice SAT on October 13, 2021. Aside from our spring administration at school, SAT's national testing dates for the fall are listed to the right. Testing will occur on Saturday mornings throughout the school year and costs $55.00. Testing through the school in the spring for juniors will be free for students and is a graduation requirement.

The ACT is still offered for all students who are interested as an alternative college entrance exam. ACT testing occurs on Saturday or Sunday mornings throughout the school year. Cost for this year's test is $60.00 without writing and $85.00 with the writing portion.

The Illinois Science Assessment will be given this spring to all Junior students. The test window for this exam is March 1, 2022- April 30, 2022, but an exact date has yet to be determined by the school. This exam consists of three, approximately 40 minute tests that will be given during the school day. More info will follow when the exam window gets closer.

The Armed Serves Vocational Aptitude Battery, or ASVAB, will be given to any interested Juniors or Seniors on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 (1-4 hours). Students do not have to be interested in the military to take this test. Results provide a great deal of career exploration information and resources. Scores will be interpreted by an ASVAB expert about a month after testing occurs.
