Forensics Course Format

In-person: This course contains many hands-on learning experiences, such as labs, manipulatives, and simulated crime scenes. Notes and online resources will be posted regularly in Schoology under the Forensics Course. Schoology course folders will be organized by unit and by date. To access Schoology, students must be logged into their CRHS google school account and access it through classlink. Additional in-person materials/handouts may be given in class when necessary. Students are expected to take notes in class (handwritten) as it helps memory retention, and can sometimes be used on open-note exams.

Absences: In the event that sustained virtual learning be necessary, alternate work will be available through Schoology. Further information will be provided by the district/school when those situations arise. Please notify Ms DeVoss of planned student absences prior to the date of absence, if possible, in order to help the student plan for make-up options.

Raider Time (AKA- FLEX) sign-up slots will be available for students to complete missed work, test retakes, and tutorials.
