Name Tag Project: Art 3

Your first project of the year will be to design a name tag for your storage shelf in the art classroom. This project will be a minor project, meaning it will be worth 50 points. You will be graded by the rubric linked below.

The goal of this project is to create an readable and original name tag. This name tag can be done with pencil, colored pencil, and sharpie. The most important thing is that your name is easy to read! Artistically, I want to see the use of some of the elements and principles of art. You could use line, color, pattern, textures, shapes, form, etc. Be creative, and make something unique, because you will be looking at it for the rest of the year.
