Advocacy

In sophomore year, our students are charged with choosing an issue for which they are interested in advocating for change or advancement. Encouraging our students to advocate for something they care about teaches them to articulate their beliefs using reliable evidence and valid arguments, which we hope they can transfer to other areas of their studies.
