About Us
Research Support Services is an S-corporation constituted in the State of Illinois in 2011 (first founded in 1996 as a sole proprietorship). The services provided by Research Support Services, Inc. range from design through execution of social, health and policy research studies, both quantitative and qualitative, for universities, non-profit organizations, corporate and government clients.
We conduct focus groups (in English and Spanish), surveys (both paper-and-pencil and computer-assisted), in-depth and key-informant interviews, translation of research instruments into languages other than English, data processing, and preparation of analytical datasets.
We have worked with Spanish, Russian, Tagalog, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Hmong, Haitian Créole, Polish and Portuguese. We specialize in multicultural research projects, primarily focusing on minority and immigrant populations, as well as in studies of incarcerated and formerly incarcerated populations.
Research Support Services is 100% minority owned and operated and is currently certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
