Why do we have to get everything signed? I feel as if I am responsible enough to manage my school work.
Getting your work signed serves multiple purposes. It makes your parents aware of how you are doing in class.
Their signature shows me that they know how you are doing in class. If you are not doing as well as expected your parents
might use this chance to encourage you to work harder. Lastly, every signature counts toward your grade!
The signature is worth a lot because we are using the signature as proof of you speaking with your parents about the grade.
My mom doesn't like to sign my work? What do I do?
Try to get your parent to sign your work. Tell her that her signature serves as a means of communication between us. A signature could even be a photo of her holding your work.
How are the grades calculated?
Your grade is comprised of different factors. Participation, homework (which includes Duolingo), tests, quizzes, vocabulary, journals, and computer work all contribute to your grade.
When a question says correct the false statements can I just make it negative? After all, if it is now negative it is now correct.
The purpose behind a True/False question is not only to be able to identify the statement as true or false but to also understand the information needed to make it true. True/False type questions can never be answered simply by making the statement negative. You must alter the statement and provide the necessary information to make it true.
