Vice President

Marna Andre - Class of 2024

Vice President: Stationed by the Plow

"The plow is the symbol of labor and tillage of the soil. Without labor, neither knowledge nor wisdom can accomplish much. My duties require me to assist at all times in directing the work of our organization. I preside over meetings in the absence of our president, whose place is beneath the rising sun."

Hi! My name is Marna Andre, and I am serving as the 2022-2023 Pulaski FFA Sentinel. I am currently a sophomore and I am involved in Envirothon, Forestry CDE, Prepared Speaking, and High School Quiz Bowl. Previously, I’ve competed in the wildlife CDE in seventh grade, where our chapter placed first in the state, as well as forestry, envirothon, and high school quizbowl this past year.

I am taking Outdoor Recreation this year. I also began to show my dog Monte, a curly-coated retriever, at shows across the area in 2021, and look forward to continuing this and going to the national specialty this year. I enjoy camping, and I often go to different state parks and go hiking with my family, as well as deer hunting. In the fall, I play rugby for the Pulaski Flyers, and in spring I throw shot and disc in Track & Field. My plan for after high school is to pursue a degree in Wildlife Ecology and Management, and work in a career where I am involved in the outdoors and our natural environment.

I have been involved with FFA since I first started middle school, and I am so glad that I have been able to go so far and experience so many new learning opportunities because of it. I look forward to this upcoming year for the chapter, and I am excited for all the activities and events we have planned for our members and community!
