Creating a Google Account Requires to Enter Your Birthday in the US

If you try to create a new Google account in the US, Google asks for your birthday. Choosing any other country, removes the birthday field and you no longer have to enter this information

Google accounts are not just GMail accounts!

Many people are under the wrong impression here.

You can create a Google account with ANY email address.

NB:

2.3 You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if

(a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Google, or

(b) you are a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the United States or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services.
