Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration after you have already paid for the training, please refer to our cancellation policy below:

• Cancellations before September 9: Full refund
• Cancellations on or after September 9: No refunds
• You may send a substitute in your place. You must notify the training team in writing in advance if you are sending a substitute. Substitutes should register online.
