Training Fee & Billing

Training Fee

The training fee is $2000 for J-PAL/partner organizations and affiliate network staff; and $3000 for external attendees. This includes all on-site accommodations and meals, transportation between the training site and MIT, and training materials. Billing information will be collected in the registration form. We ask that invoices be paid within 10 business days of the invoice issuance date.

Getting to and from Cambridge is your responsibility and these travel expenses are not included in the training fee.

Please see the FAQs page for more information.

For Trainees from IPA

IPA will invoice your project or organization directly. This invoice will include training fees and any additional hotel expenses incurred.

Although the training will cover costs incurred during the training period (including food, accommodations at the venue, and transportation between Cambridge and the venue), costs associated with getting to Cambridge are to be covered by your projects.

Note: Do not bill anything to the training unless you are a presenter or a TA.
