Reel Spirit Film Festival
Each year we submit a film to the Kansas City Reel Spirit Young Filmmakers. Seventh and Eighth Grades get to pick what every category the would like for their submissions.

One Little Word
A new tradition that we started this year "One Little Word". To start the year, we thought about what was something that we wanted to improve on in the year 2022. We pick one little word that we wanted to help remind us of that goal.
Origami Traditions
Some traditions should continue no matter who started them. We completed yet another ornament for your tree. We hope that you have enjoyed them! We enjoyed making them.
BATTLE OF THE BRAINS HERE WE COME!
SHINE students have been working hard on their Battle of the Brains exhibits! They created a list of ideas for a brand new exhibit, they voted on the two they liked the best (they were all great ideas). They then had to pick which one they wanted to be a part of. From there they started creating their exhibit. They have been working hard every day to get this completed. We will be submitting our proposal this week. Ask them to tell you all about their exhibit proposal.
What's your mantra? We are writing our own mantras. We will be using these mantras to help keep us motivated when things get tough. Look for images to come when we are finished with them.
