Intro 2 view drawing - start with side view

13. Demo cutting out drawing and tracing on foam block

Go over clean up procedures - have students write names on cards

Begin cutting prototypes

If they’ve cut and sanded the foam block, they can use the wind tunnel

use pencil, put the top view on the slanted side, and match the straw hole outline with the actual straw hole.

If they have drawing and wind tunnel reading, then they get a wood block

Stamp name on base, sand, mark, and drill

25. Sand sides, front, and back.... then assemble

Mark and drill hole in top

26. Sand, mark and drill slider

Stamp name and glue dowels into bottom of slider

30. Attach jars, lids, fix any final issues
