B. CPT Consult

Process Expectations

• Teacher asks team leader to be added to CPT agenda
• Teacher considers inviting others to CPT if needed and easily coordinated(advisor, UA, Intervention, Special Ed, ELL, guidance, nurse, outside counselor, SAP)
• Team leaders will facilitate a consultancy protocol to help teacher problem solve(see the Director of Interventions for help if needed)
• Teacher/team implements new strategies/interventions and continues folder documentation
• Or if no interventions were recommended, teacher nominates student to Intervention team or to SpEd team if IEP/504
• Teacher contacts family regarding progress/further interventions and consults with student
