Teacher asks team leader to be added to CPT agenda
Teacher considers inviting others to CPT if needed and easily coordinated(advisor, UA, Intervention, Special Ed, ELL, guidance, nurse, outside counselor, SAP)
Team leaders will facilitate a
consultancy protocol
to help teacher problem solve(see the Director of Interventions for help if needed)
Teacher/team implements new strategies/interventions and continues folder documentation
Or if no interventions were recommended, teacher nominates student to Intervention team or to SpEd team if IEP/504
Teacher contacts family regarding progress/further interventions and consults with student
