Beginner's Pilates classes are ideal if you are

unsure of the correct technique in other Pilates or conditioning classes
looking to improve your posture and movement
In a small class environment there is plenty of time and space for everyone to work at their own level and for individual attention to ensure correct effective technique. Questions, queries and feedback on how the exercises feel are encouraged!
Classes run in 4 to 8 week blocks, on a Monday at 6pm and Friday at 12.30pm. Cost is £80 for block of 8, or £10 for a taster drop in class which can be set against the block cost if you'd like to continue. Please email annette@performosteopathy.co.uk or call 07592 288952 for availability.
If you have no prior Pilates experience you may be asked to attend an introductory half hour private session to address the basic principles which costs £10.
One-to-one Clinical Pilates
Using the full range of Pilates equipment at the studio, individual sessions are ideal for specific injury issues you may wish to address or for individualised programmes designed for your body, taking into account injury history, daily activities, sports performance and any other relevant factors. This is particularly useful for elite sportspeople looking to support their training, or those with a history of complex health issues or recurrent injuries who need to find a safe and sustainable way of exercising. Cost is £52 for a 50 minute session, including prescription of home follow-up activity, or £450 for a block of 10 sessions.
