Treatment usually consists of a combination of osteopathic hands-on treatment and rehabilitation exercises and advice - not only allowing the initial problem to heal but making recurrence less likely. Your initial appointment will start with a thorough discussion of the issues you're having and full examination before the problem is explained and treatment options discussed - every patient is different so there are no one-size-fits-all treatment approaches!
