As a healthcare clinic, there are still more covid precautions in place than in general public places.
Practitioners will wear a mask and apron during treatment and patients are requested to wear a mask unless exempt - surgical masks are available at the clinic. Enhanced cleaning protocols between patients are continuing, as well as enhanced ventilation.
The Pilates studio is now back in more regular use and clients there may not be masked (although enhanced cleaning and ventilation continues) - if you consider yourself high risk for covid you may want to book into the osteopathic clinic on a Monday when the Pilates studio is likely to be quieter.
One of the most important things we can all do to reduce risk is to notice if we develop symptoms and modify our behaviour - so if you develop any possible covid symptoms (especially cough/runny nose) please take a test if you can and let us know. Although there is no longer a legal obligation to self-isolate if you are a contact of someone with confirmed covid, you will probably be asked to rebook if this contact was within 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. This is to protect other patients (who may be at higher risk) and also to prevent the clinic having to close because of staff isolation.
