Training 5 - Correction Systems

This training focuses on systems for responding to student problem behavior. The correction systems will focus on developing a continuum of responses to problem behavior that teach the expected behavior, respect the dignity of the student, and maximize instructional time for the student being disciplined as well as other students in the classroom. Teams will also focus on systems for tracking discipline referrals and data based decision making. Teams will have time to begin developing corrections systems and documenting the procedures and materials in the school PBIS Handbook.
