Please take breaks if needed and yes you can pause it! I recommend having a water bottle and a towel or mat for the workout. Please make sure you have plenty of space when exercising. Make sure you are doing the correct form and not just trying to go fast for a number. Do your best forget the rest! If you are doing this for distance learning please fill out a form when finished.
