Summer Deliverables Submission
We are using Quip & Google Drive for deliverables submission. Locate your agency's site folder to access and edit your budget and Program Plan for 2024.
The remaining required documents should be uploaded into your agency's folder in Google Drive.
If your agency has multiple sites, please upload schedules & calendars, etc into each site folder.

1. Double-click on your site/agency folder. Enclosed, you will find your Budget document and Program Plan template already uploaded. You will need to allocate funds so the total zeros out. The Program Plan needs to be completed to the best of your knowledge.
2. To upload your documents (i.e. Statement of Qualifications, Program calendar, etc), be sure to have your site/agency folder open and then navigate to the top right side of the screen and expand the menu to show the Upload File option.
3. Ensure that the name of your file includes the name of document, agency and site names.
