You'll be using Facilitron to submit your Civic Center permits. You can submit these earlier if you know your site and have done your walk-through with the principal. F
Facility Request System - OUSD is using Facilitron, an online facility request and rental system designed to provide a positive user experience for all so reservation requests can be submitted easily and handled more efficiently. Organizations will be able to access photos and descriptions of facilities, see real-time availability, get estimated quotes, submit requests at any time, and pay online.
