Graduation Information

Graduation:

What: Graduation is used to celebrate outstanding group and individual performance. It also provides an opportunity to allow parents/guardians to view the cadet corps in it's final act of the Encampment experience.

When: 10:15 AM 25 JUNE 2022

Where: 1183 Tyndale Dr, Xenia, OH 45385 (Athletes in Action Schindler Banquet Center) - this is where In-Processing occurred.

This will be inside and seating will be provided.

Pass In Review:

What: The Pass-In-Review is a military tradition for a commanding officer along with guest speakers to inspect and review the troops.

When: 12:00 PM 25 JUNE 2022

Where: 1197 S Detroit St, Xenia, OH 45385 (Athletes in Action football stadium)

Pass-In-Review is a weather dependent activity! If weather is predicted, we will station CAP vehicles near the area to redirect you to the graduation location.

There is limited bleacher seating and it is preferred for you to bring lawn chairs and/or blankets to sit on the hills around the football field.

Please remember water and sunscreen for yourselves!

Out-Processing / Pickup:

What: We need to out-process like in-processing to ensure all equipment is returned and certificates are received.

When: 12:45 PM 25 JUNE 2022

Where: 1183 Tyndale Dr, Xenia, OH 45385 (Athletes in Action Schindler Banquet Center) - this is where In-Processing occurred.

Please do not attempt to enter the dorms or other buildings on campus. Stay in the designated areas and await the official word to greet your cadet.
