*相談者に許可なく相談事項を第三者に漏洩することはありません。先ずは、気軽にご相談下さい。産業医・保健師が必要と判断すれば、医療機関を紹介することもあります。

*We must respect your rights to privacy and confidentiality, will not disclose confidential information about your consultation without your consent, except for emergency situations. Please feel free to contact us if you have any health consultations. If necessary, we introduce appropriate medical institutions according to the health condition.

注：産業医相談窓口では、一般診療は行っておりません。各キャンパスの保健センターをご利用ください。

Note: If you need general medical practice services or first aid, please contact Health service center.

東京大学教職員が対象ですが、実験などによる健康不安に関しては学生も受診できます。
