1. Chromebooks are available before school (8:30 to 9:00), at the beginning and end of lunch (11:35 to 11:50 and 12:30 to 12:40) and at the end of the school day (3:10 to 3:30). Overnight loaners will be signed out at the end of the day only. They are a available on a first-come, first-served basis -- when they’re gone, they’re gone.
2. Chromebooks must be handed in to Mr. Gordon, Ms. Ross-Nguyen, Ms. McGill or Ms. Baryshnikova IN PERSON. Do not leave them on the circulation desk or give them to another staff member. Chromebooks must be returned by the person who borrowed them.
3. Day Use Loaners must be returned no later than 3:30 pm. Overnight Loaners must be returned by 9:00 a.m. the following day. Failure to return Chromebooks on time will result in a loss of borrowing privileges.
4. Day Use Loaners and Overnight Loaners are different machines in order to allow each set enough time to fully charge between uses. If you have borrowed a Chromebook for the day and wish to have one overnight as well, bring back the Day Use Loaner at the end of the day and exchange it for an Overnight Loaner.

5. You are responsible for the condition of the Chromebook that you have borrowed. If the Chromebook is returned damaged (or it is not returned at all), you will be liable for the cost of its repair or replacement. It is therefore important that you check the Chromebook before you take it to make sure that it is working properly. Please note that the Woodroffe High School
