(I think) it has no date on it It shows the President as Dr F. Lincoln Ralphs M.Sc., LL.B, Chairman M.J. Henley, MA Hon Sec as N. Ransom B.Sc. Hon Treasurer T. W. White Organising Secretary Cdr W. B. Smith Cdr Bill Smith must have developed the NSSA Curriculum Papers in this decade - I have a set copyright 1980 - in all these developed into over 23 separate papers and the plan is to scan them and have them available here.
