The essay needs to address the following questions:

1. What are your goals and how will you reach them?

2. Describe some of your strengths and weaknesses. How have you developed/learned from these?

3. How have you demonstrated leadership in your life (community, school, job, etc.)?

4. How are you involved in giving back to others and/or your community?

5. Tell us about an obstacle or challenge you have faced.

6. Tell us about a time you worked hard to achieve something.
