Great Plains Communications is a member of the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS), which offers over $100,000 in scholarships to rural high school seniors who express an interest in returning to a rural area. This scholarship requires a signature of sponsorship from Great Plains Communications. In order to meet the FRS postmark deadline, please send the completed application packet to Scholarship Committee, Great Plains Communications, P.O. Box 500, Blair, NE 68008 by February 23. The required signature will be obtained and the completed packet will be forwarded to FRS prior to their deadline.
