Math Quest
What is it? Math Quest is an optional extension activity open to all students in 2nd grade. Students who choose to participate will learn and apply a variety of problem solving strategies. Math Quest is designed to:
· challenge and motivate students to think critically and creatively about math.
· help students to develop a “toolbox” of effective problem solving strategies.
· extend and enrich students’ math skills and conceptual understanding
· inspire a life-long interest in and excitement about math
