About the Teacher

Hello, I am Tara Korth.  I received my Bachelor of Science in 1998 from UW-Eau Claire with a bachelors degree in elementary education,  grades 1-8, and special education-learning disabilities, grades PK-12.  I earned my Masters in Education from Viterbo University in 2004. In addition I completed my Cross-Categorical license for Early Adolescence-Adolescence in January of 2013.  I completed my  316 reading license in 2018.  I added an At-Risk license in the Fall of 2021.

I have been teaching in New London School District since 1999.  I started my career working with 6th grade special education students I enjoyed working with them for twelve years.  I have been working with seventh and eighth-grade students ever since and love every minute of it.

I am married and have one son named Evan.
