Essential Technology Skills for Educators is a self-paced Schoology course to help you boost your skills and knowledge about computer systems. Course topics include hardware, software, operating systems, safety and maintenance, and basic troubleshooting techniques. Successfully complete the course and earn one (1) CEU!

JUMP RIGHT IN: If you're already familiar with Schoology, log in to your Schoology account. Click the Courses menu, then Join. Enter the course access code: PTTHB-FZB7Q.
GET A GUIDED TOUR: If you haven't used Schoology before, we can guide you through logging on and accessing the course. Contact Scott Schwister at scott.schwister@nemetro.k12.mn.us .

2. Participate in a TIES workshop or course. TIES offers a workshops, webinars, and online classes addressing a wide variety of technology topics, including curriculum integration, iPads, interactive white boards, and much more. Learn integration ideas and strategies you can use in your classroom tomorrow! TIES offerings are free to Northeast Metro 916 district staff.

MAIL OR FAX; Browse available courses on TIES' professional development page and register using the printable form. Return your completed registration form to your program administrative assistant who will send it to TIES.
