Quiz Corrections

Extra Credit: Each student can do test corrections for TWO and ONLY TWO tests or quizzes throughout the year. While I believe strongly that students need learn how to perform well in high stakes situations, everyone has a bad day from time to time. To submit test corrections fill out this form, complete the corrections as explained on the form, and hand in the test, form, and corrections all stapled together. Quiz corrections must be completed within a week of the assessment being returned.
