Quiz Corrections

Extra Credit: Student can do test corrections for tests or quizzes throughout the year. To submit test corrections fill out this form, complete the corrections as explained on the form, and hand in the test, form, and corrections all stapled together. Quiz corrections must be completed within a week of the assessment being returned. You can receive up to 30% of your lost points.
