Fitness and Baseball/Softball/Wiffleball:

  • Begin with 2 rounds of video fitness workouts (see choices below or find your own)

  • End with hitting/throwing/catching for 20-30 minutes using any type of ball; if you have others joining you, play a game! Remember to set a home run line!

  • Your goal each day is to be physically active for 60 minutes (you can break it up into 3-20 minute increments if you like) or if you have a fitness tracker to get 10,000 steps.
